In the future, the city of New York is a barren wasteland devoid of electricity and run by crooked outlaw politicians, but when Jesse Crawford assumes the role of sheriff, he and his band of reformed renegade riders (riding atop CHARGE-powered choppers) vow to drive out the trash and restore the city to its once prominent stature.
